I often overpacked and many items never left the bag. The most important items for me were babies first outfit (2 just in case). Receiving blanket, diapers. Bottles if not nursing and the formula you choose. Most important were things to keep me busy especially if labor was longer than i hoped. Change for drinks etc. Camera extra batteries. Cell charger. Tennis ball for a massage. Less was truly best as you always leave with more. Beat of luck.
