Wanting another

We are trying for another baby(: My depo shot wore off in January. I started taking prenatal vitamins in Feburary (my ob suggested i do) I still have not had a cycle since the depo wore off. My breasts are getting bigger, and ive been having cravings, and some nausea. Is this just because of the vitamins or could i be pregnant? Ive taken over the counter tests and they are negative. But when i was pregnant the first time the over the counter was negative and the blood test was positive. Also what can i do to help boost fertility if needed?
